Vegeta would likely lose the second bout, but he might pull off the first.

Goku in Movie 8 is impressed by Second Grade Vegeta getting tanked by Broly, despite being already told by Kaio, that Broly might be stronger than them. And I don't think I need to mention, that mere 50% Goku left Vegeta in the dust.

Theirs a huge debate over how M8 characters should be scalled compared to Cell Games characters. Some believe LSSJ Broly is an FPSSJ tier character, others believe he's on par with FP Perfect Cell. I tend to believe the former but it's clear that their won't be a general conscious. It's sort of like the Base Saiyans/Frieza thing.

Vegeta is the same size as his base self, he doesnt look like ASSJ, so i assume this is after second ROSAT Spoiler: click to toggle Also why is M8 not as strong as CG? The only thing I can guess is that Gohan got knocked out faster than anyone else.. but other than that they look like their CG counterparts.
